These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 444royal ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, using gaming services, or simply browsing this website at 444royal.org, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions in this document.

These Terms may be amended from time to time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the updated version of the Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our customer support to close your account.

2.1 General Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 444royal platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits the use of online gambling services;
• Not currently be on an active self-exclusion programme from any gambling platform;
• Register for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended and balances withheld while an investigation is carried out.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. 444royal reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including an identification card (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Ensure your password is unique, difficult to guess, and not shared with anyone. 444royal customer support representatives will never ask for your password under any circumstances. 3.1 Payment Methods

444royal accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for crypto transactions which use the current exchange rate.

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM10 for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the minimum limit will be automatically rejected.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is verified. This is subject to account verification requirements being met and no outstanding compliance issues. 444royal is not liable for any delays caused by payment service providers or blockchain networks.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

The withdrawal account must be in the same name as the registered 444royal account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 444royal reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a bank account or e-wallet before processing any withdrawal.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum limit) → Account balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

4.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following conditions which must be met:

• A bonus is only eligible for one account, one device, and one identical IP address;
• Bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited;
• 444royal reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there are signs of abuse;
• All promotions may be withdrawn or amended by 444royal without prior notice;
• In the event of a discrepancy in promotion terms, the Malay version published on the official website is final.

4.3 VIP Programme

Active 444royal members are eligible to join the VIP programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — ranging from up to 0.2% (Bronze) to up to 0.8% (Platinum). Progression between tiers is based on consistent betting activity. Users of the 444royal platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which may result in immediate account termination:

• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes;
• Using or attempting to exploit any technical bugs or display errors in the system;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Any action that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.

5.1 Account Termination and Restrictions

444royal reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal compliance requirements. In the case of suspension, any valid account balance will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to full compliance with all identity verification procedures.

444royal is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income. Every user is responsible for setting their own personal limits.

7.1 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 444royal will make every effort to restore the game to its state before the disruption occurred. However, where restoration is not possible, any outstanding wager balance will be returned to the user's account. 444royal is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such disruptions.

7.2 System Errors

Any game outcome resulting from a technical malfunction or system error is void and invalid. 444royal reserves the right to cancel any payouts resulting from such errors and to restore affected account balances to the correct level. Users are not entitled to claim payouts based on outcomes that resulted from an obvious error.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444royal holds its licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be considered severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.1 Language of Terms

These Terms are prepared in Malay as the primary version. Should any translated version exist, the Malay version shall be definitive in the event of any inconsistency or conflict in interpretation.
